What was your favorite TV show/movie when you were a kid?
I never really watched TV shows, (other than Barney but who didn’t watch that when they were 3?) because I preferred movies. Some of my favorites were (and still are) Homeward Bound, Charlotte’s Web, Because of Winn Dixie, The Sound of Music, and anything Disney.
What is something you think everyone should do at least once in their lives?
Get up early and watch the sunrise. Make yourself some coffee or tea, head outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. Its magical to watch the bright colors appear and hear the birds waking up.
What do you think is the best way to start the day?
I have to agree with Jo on this one – a hot drink and the Bible. Even better: a hot drink, the Bible, and the sunrise. :)
What is one of your favorite smells?
I have a lot of favorite smells: coffee, rain, vanilla, evergreen, smores cooking over a campfire, bookstores, and the Thieves essential oil. (Fun fact: I don’t like the smell of lavender, which many people think is odd.)
If you were suddenly put on a stage and told to deliver a speech, what would you talk about?
“Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears!” Just kidding, although I probably would start my speech with that. I don’t know, I guess whatever came to mind?
Do you think Wikipedia is a reliable source?
What’s the worst advice you’ve ever received?
I honestly don’t know, I don’t think I’ve ever been given bad advice before. Which I guess is a good thing.
What age would you like to live to?
107, because 7 is my favorite number and it would be cool to live over 100.
What do you want carved on your gravestone?
Ummm . . . we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
Have you ever saved someone’s life?
No . . . although there have been some instances where I accidentally did just the opposite . . .
O_O Moving on . . .
Opinion on chow mein?
Unfortunately, I’ve never had it before, so I can’t say.
